TerraZar Resources is closing a Friends & Family round to acquire and advance high-potential copper and gold projects, starting with a major land position in Zambia’s Copperbelt. Our strategy is to secure exceptional assets early, create value through exploration, and monetise through IPO’s, joint ventures and strategic transactions. The Friends & Family offer is closing Friday, 5 June. We have already secured prime ground in Africa’s leading copper belt while building a global project generator focused on top copper, gold & critical minerals jurisdictions. Today, TerraZar controls over 113,000 hectares of prospective copper ground in Zambia. Our flagship Kansanshi West Project lies 4 kilometres from First Quantum’s Kansanshi Mine, Africa’s largest copper mine. We are also advancing the Mukatamwene Project, where exploration has identified multiple priority copper targets. TerraZar is building a copper venture platform focused on acquisitions, advancement and monetisation. This model helped build Moxico Resources into a business valued at over £1 billion, with seed investors achieving returns above 200x. While past performance does not guarantee future results, the same team is executing a similar strategy. The current financing values TerraZar at a £9 million pre-money valuation and will fund drilling, exploration and acquisitions. Following the Friends & Family close on 5 June, on Monday we are closing a £1,000,000 institutional financing round with a cornerstone investor. This opportunity is not being broadly marketed and remains limited to a small group of aligned investors and industry contacts. If you would like further information or are interested in participating, please reply to this email or contact Marcel on md.nally@terrazar.co before Friday 5th June.
